Our work
Uni House is a brand new development of 70 studio apartments in Selly Oak in Birmingham. Ideally located for the university, Uni House offers a choice of self-contained studios over five floors.
The Brief:
LKS has worked with this particular developer/Owner since 2007 on multiple projects. Working closely with the building owners we were able to provide a bespoke ironmongery schedule and custom master-keyed cylinders in a black finish.
