This listed building used to operate as part of the Cadbury facility. Re-developed in 2018, LKS AI was chosen to deliver an ironmongery and fittings schedule that would provide a modern elegant feel without compromising the integrity of the original building.

Selly Oak, Birmingham

Built in 2017, offering 52 on-suite student accommodation apartments in the heart of Selly Oak.

LKS worked closely with the developer to offer a bespoke security cylinder system and ironmongery schedule.
